Adoptable Cats and Kittens

The cats shown below are all currently adoptable, but their status can change quickly from ‘single and looking’ to ‘in a serious relationship.’ Feel free to email or call us to confirm a certain cat, or kitten is still available for adoption. support@kitteasf.com or (415) 325-5510

You MUST meet the cat(s) IRL (in real life), before being considered as their forever human. A cat can be very cute in their photos, but some can be really good with photoshop and deceive you. Don’t get cat fished! ;)

Please note that at this time, we are only able to adopt to US Citizens and we reserve the right to turn down an applicant for any reason deemed necessary. Thank mew in advance for understanding.

By booking a reservation in our Cat Lounge, you will get to know the cat/kitten before making any forever decisions, which will overall benefit both you and the cat(s) you are considering to adopt.

Steps to Adopt:

  1. Have everyone in your home meet the cat(s)/kitten(s) in our cat lounge. We highly advise you make an advanced reservation.

  2. Fill meowt our adoption application

  3. If your application is approved, you will receive an email from us with the good news within 2-3 business days! From there, we will have you pay via credit card through a secured payment link and have you sign our adoption agreements.

  4. You choose the day and time during KitTea business hours to pick-up and take home your new best fur friend (BFF).

Adoptable Kittens

We typically require our adoptable kittens to go home in pairs, or to families that already have cats similar in age to our kittens.

Please note: Cats with “pending adoption” next to their name may already have a furrever home lined up, feel free to check in with your cat wrangler or host for any updates.

Jamie

Age: about 7 months old

Breed: domestic shorthair

Health: Female (spayed)

Jamie is a cute little kitty girl, bonded with her sister Lee. Though she can at times be a bit more skittish compared to her sister, when she feels comfortable and is in the zone, she can be a very fierce hunter! Like most kittens her age, Jamie’s favorite activities include eating, napping, playing, and eating some more.

We prefurr our kittens and young cats to go to homes with other kitties similar in age already present, or to be adopted in pairs.

♥ Jamie and your local wildlife will be safest if she is an indoors-only kitty.

Lee

Age: about 7 months old

Breed: domestic mediumhair

Health: Female (spayed)

Lee is bonded with her sister, Jamie. Though they don’t look much alike, the two love to cuddle, play together, and nap together. Lee is a bit more active and curious than her sister Jamie, but she has her fair share of mellow and calm moments as well. She keeps her fur nice and soft, but will definitely be a kitty that needs a good brushing every now and then.

We prefurr our kittens and young cats to go to homes with other kitties similar in age already present, or to be adopted in pairs.

♥ Lee and your local wildlife will be safest if she is an indoors-only kitty.

Curtis

Age: about 6 months old

Breed: domestic shorthair

Health: Male (neutered)

Curtis is a rambunctious, mischievous, and adorable little guy. Though he looks like his friend Jamie, the two are not actually siblings. He is from the same colony as Jamie and Lee, so we suspect they may share one parent. Curtis can be a bit shy at first but once he’s comfy, he is the sweetest lap cat in all the lounge.

We prefurr our kittens and young cats to go to homes with other kitties similar in age already present, or to be adopted in pairs.

♥ Curtis and your local wildlife will be safest if he is an indoors-only kitty.

Oreo

Age: about 9 months old

Breed: domestic shorthair, tuxedo

Health: Male (neutered)

Oreo is a very sweet and well-behaved little guy. He sometimes needs a second to warm up to you before he feels comfortable, but once he does, he’s a total love bug that enjoys getting pets and occasionally hopping onto laps. Being a young cat, he is naturally rather curious and playful, though he is overall a very mellow and friendly kitty.

♥ Oreo and your local wildlife will be safest if he is an indoors-only kitty.

Adoptable Adult & Senior Cats

Adults and Seniors need love too and make some of the meowst ameowzing companions!

Edith

Age: about 1 year old

Breed: domestic shorthair, tabby

Health: Female (spayed)

Edith is one of our sweetest rescue kitties, and also one of our meowst special. She is a real trooper, and has been through much in her short life so far! Edith is an FIP survivor, and though she was diagnosed at an early age with congenital heart disease, she has grown stronger and stronger and no longer requires special heart medication. An overall playful, curious, and friendly gal, Edith has grown pretty bonded to Kiki, another one of our adoptable rescue cats, so we are hoping to adopt the two out as a pair.

Potential adopters will be informed of Edith's full medical history. Though she is very healthy now and doing much better, it is important to be prepared for medical emergencies when considering adopting any pet.

♥ Edith and your local wildlife will be safest if she is an indoors-only kitty.

Ash

Age: about 1.5 years old

Breed: domestic shorthair, dilute tortoiseshell

Health: Female (spayed)

Ash is an absolute love, and one of our cutest adoptable kitties. She is incredibly curious, playful, and affectionate once she gets to know you. Ash is also very bonded to her mama Floof, so the two will have to be adopted together as a pair. When Ash isn’t lounging on her favorite bed, she can be found cuddled up with her mama, often grooming her, or being bathed in turn.

Ash is only available for adoption as a bonded pair with her mother, Floof. She is not adoptable as a single cat.

♥ Ash and your local wildlife will be safest if she is an indoors-only kitty.

Floof

Age: about 2.5 years old

Breed: domestic shorthair, tortoiseshell

Health: Female (spayed)

Floof is an outgoing, playful, and very sweet mama to Ash, another one of our adoptable kitties. Floof tends to be more adventurous, curious, and overall active than Ash, and can often be found hunting a feather toy around the lounge or napping on one of her favorite beds. She is very attached to her daughter Ash, and will often bathe her and cuddle up for a nap with her in the afternoon. She can also be a bit chatty, usually just when she is wanting some pets or playtime.

Floof is only available for adoption as a bonded pair with her daughter, Ash. She is not adoptable as a single cat.

♥ Floof and your local wildlife will be safest if she is an indoors-only kitty.

Kiki

Age: about 2 years old

Breed: Calico, domestic shorthair

Health: Female (spayed)

Kiki is a former feral kitty, so she is naturally still a bit skittish around new people. She has made a lot of progress during her time here, and is slowly but surely becoming social. Kiki is a fierce hunter, so your best bet for winning her over is by playing with one of her many favorite feather wand toys. Once she is comfortable around you, Kiki loooves getting gentle chin scratches and head pets, though she quickly changes her mind once she’s decided she has had enough. Kiki has also grown very attached to Edith, another of our adoptable rescue cats, so we are hoping to adopt the two out as a pair.

Due to her background, Kiki would do best in a patient and experienced cat household, where she can comfortably open up and acclimate to her new furrever home at her own pace.

♥ Kiki and your local wildlife will be safest if she is an indoors-only kitty.

Lulu

Age: about 3 years old

Breed: Domestic shorthair

Health: Female (spayed)

Lulu is an adorable former feral girl who has steadily been getting used to human interaction. Though she still has shy moments, she has begun accepting gentle pets, and loves a good hunting session with one of our lounge’s feather wand toys. Lulu prefers to venture out of her acclimation apartment later in the evening to mingle with the other cats, and has no issues living with other kitties. We would like her to get a little more accustomed to receiving pets and human attention before officially sending her home, but are open to adopting her out to any experienced cat parents that are patient and willing to give her the space she needs to blossom in a caring furrever home.

♥ Lulu and your local wildlife will be safest if she is an indoors-only kitty.

Charlotte

Age: about 1 year old

Breed: domestic shorthair, tabby

Health: Female (spayed)

Charlotte is a cute little tabby girl who is still acclimating to our lounge. She loves to play, and though she may be a little timid at first, she is very sweet with people, and often loves accepting sweet and gentle pets. We would love to see Charlotte go to an attentive and loving home that can provide plenty of playtime for a curious and playful kitty girl.

♥ Charlotte and your local wildlife will be safest if she is an indoors-only kitty.

Bambi

Age: about 1 year old

Breed: domestic shorthair, tabby

Health: Female (spayed)

Bambi is a sweet and friendly tabby girl. Though she is not a huge fan of other kitties, and will often give them a warning hiss if they intrude on her space, she is purrfectly well-behaved around humans. Once she warms up to you, she loves getting pets and playing with feather wands and string toys around the lounge. Though she is technically a former feral cat, Bambi is overall very used to people. She would do best as an only child in her furrever home, where she will receive all of the love and attention for herself.

♥ Bambi and your local wildlife will be safest if she is an indoors-only kitty.

Chubbz

Age: about 2 year old

Breed: domestic shorthair

Health: Male (neutered)

Chubbz is a big shy sweetheart. Though he can be a bit shy around new people, once he gets to know you he loves getting chin scratches and gentle pets, and may give you a sweet little meow as a greeting and thanks. Chubbz loves to hunt and play, which can sometimes intimidate some of our smaller cats due to his solid size. We think Chubbz would do best as a single kitty where he can get lots of love and playtime without having to share his home (and the spotlight) with other felines.

♥ Chubbz and your local wildlife will be safest if he is an indoors-only kitty.

Andi

Age: about 1 year old

Breed: domestic shorthair, tabby

Health: Female (spayed)

Andi (short for Andronica) is an adorable and friendly kitty girl. Though she can be a little shy at times, Andi loves playing and getting attention from visitors. She loves to burrow under soft blankets, and likes to nap in her own private apartment in the cat lounge where she feels comfy and safe.

♥ Andi and your local wildlife will be safest if she is an indoors-only kitty.

Darling (pending adoption)

Age: about 2 years old

Breed: domestic mediumhair, tabby

Health: Female (spayed)

Darling loves receiving pets and attention from humans. Like her friend Mimi, she is a very social kitty who is pretty accustomed to living with other felines, though she is still acclimating to the cat lounge and her new environment. We would love to see her go home with Mimi, as the two have become rather bonded.

Darling is only available for adoption as a bonded pair with Mimi. She is not adoptable as a single cat.

♥ Darling and your local wildlife will be safest if she is an indoors-only kitty.

Mimi (pending adoption)

Age: about 1 year old

Breed: domestic shorthair

Health: Female (spayed)

Mimi is an incredibly friendly, social, and playful gal! She was very eager to get out and explore the cat lounge from the day she arrived, and has quickly settled in as a fan fav-furr-ite. Mimi is also very comfortable around other kitties, and has made a few friends already among the resident cats and adoptable kitties. As she came in with Darling, we are hoping the two together as a pair, especially as they now seem very bonded and love playing and napping together.

Mimi is only available for adoption as a bonded pair with Darling. She is not adoptable as a single cat.

♥ Mimi and your local wildlife will be safest if she is an indoors-only kitty.
